Revenue Sources

The Camelot will be financed through a variety of one-time and ongoing opportunities.

 
  • Rent revenue from the two apartment units

  • Rent revenue from the 3rd parties operating the Lobby Concessions, Wine Bar, and Bistro

  • Rent revenue from the 3rd party operating the theater, which will generate income from ticket sales for movies, live music, plays, festivals, and educational events

  • Rent Revenue from community events including weddings, showers, birthday parties, business events, etc
